This static website does not contain an enquiry form, client account, payment form, or coaching record. Selecting a booking link opens WhatsApp, where you choose whether to send the prefilled message.

WhatsApp and payments

WhatsApp processes enquiries under its own terms and privacy practices. When Razorpay payment collection is activated, Razorpay will process payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Inner Voice Coaching does not receive or store your full card, bank, or UPI credentials.

Information Rachana keeps

Rachana may keep the minimum operational information needed to arrange and deliver a session, such as your name, contact details, appointment time, payment reference, amount, and booking status.

Sensitive coaching topics are not placed in payment descriptions or administrative trackers. Messages shared during an enquiry or session are treated with care, subject to legal obligations and safety considerations.

You can contact Rachana on WhatsApp to ask what operational information is held or request a reasonable correction or deletion, subject to any legal or accounting retention requirements.
